Kraen the Free A man of fire – that is how Kraen is described. He is always moving, like a flickering flame, devouring his enemies and warming his friends.  Kraen – a skillful and desperate warrior rushing into battle with the first line, meeting the enemy head on. Encased in invincible Juggernaut, he furiously slashes at the enemy forces, mercilessly slaying and defeating. It looks as if the gods themselves protect the hero, who always returns from battle unscathed, even invigorated. It is astonishing how much energy and resolution can be contained in one person. There have been few people like Kraen in history. Leaders of this caliber overcome all difficulties and accomplish significant transformations in society. The fall of the deceitful Arqons gave Kraen an opportunity to change everything, an opportunity that should not be wasted. He is ready to lead, to fight and to sacrifice his life for the happiness of his descendants, who are destined to be born into a new world.. With limitless talent and bursting with ideas, Kraen is not only an excellent warrior, but also an eloquent orator. In order to encourage the warriors of the Free League, of which he is the leader, he composes fiery orations that instill confidence and joy in the hearts of his brethren. Passionate and changeable, Kraen always hated Army discipline, and never recognized authority. Today he governs the people in the Free League in a spirit of equality and justice, promoting a world without dictatorship, in which everyone can choose their own way of life. The warrior’s unshakeable confidence is passed on to his followers, they believe in him and already done much to build their future together. Kraen in unswerving in his orders to attack the positions of the Steel Cohort, because it will not be possible to make further progress until the enemy standing in the way of his dream has been destroyed. For the sake of the common good, for the dream of his life, Kraen is like a furious hurricane that removes all obstacles. Tormented by the pain in his heart, he strikes at his own brother Arq, the head of the hated Cohort. His opponents call Kraen a lunatic, but anybody who proposes something new that breaks with all previous traditions can be considered a lunatic. It has been «lunatics», like Kraen that have guided history and orchestrated the biggest and most unexpected turnabouts in the destiny of mankind. The unflinching conviction in the rightness of their leader that burns in the eyes of thousands of Free League warriors bears testimony to the fact that Kraen will receive many pages in the chronicles of Haradan, which will be handed down to future generations.
