Legendary Clan Crests

Any clan can order its personal unique Clan Crest. Our specialists will develop the design of the crest, or the client’s clan may provide basic ideas for it. The Clan Crest will be displayed in clan information.

  

Clan Avatars

Every clan might order a personal Clan Avatar. This avatar will be developed by our artists, or you might hand in your ideas as a basis. This set of two Avatars, a female and a male one, will be available for all your clan members.

  

Item Recovery

Through this service only items that were sold to the shop, discarded, or removed from the game in some other way can be recovered. Items that were transferred to other players; i.e. that are in the game, are restored by Inquisitors free of charge. Lost items are restored the way they were. Items that were lost as a result of wear and tear are not restored. Elixirs and other consumables are restored in the quantities in which they were lost.

Recovery of Clan Properties

You can use this service to restore clan points and all resources that were earned during the period your association was in existence. Keep in mind, the number of points restored depends on information taken arbitrarily during the week before the disbanding of the clan. Information on points earned at the exact moment the clan is disbanded is not taken into consideration! This service also helps you restore buildings in the clan estate.

Change of Clan names or -icons

This service is pretty much self-explanatory. However the Administration may refuse to provide these services, if the name or icon does not comply with the concept and spirit of the game.

Change of Character nickname or -gender

The character's nickname can be replaced  with any other name not yet used in the game. If your character's gender is changed, a new appearance is chosen at random and cannot be replaced afterwards.

Personalized in-game chat messages

If you want to congratulate one of your friends, send greetings or a declaration of love for the whole world to see, we offer you the opportunity to do this through the general game chat. Your message can be displayed in different colours. It can use various «tags» and standard «emoticons» from the game.
 

Unique gifts

If you want to surprise your friend or loved one with a unique gift, now you have the opportunity! You can order your own gift with a unique picture on one of the set backgrounds (grey, green, blue, violet or red). These gifts are special in that they last forever (they do not disappear from the character information section). What’s more, you can not only give them to your comrades, but to members of the other faction also!
 
Note: the gifts ordered should «fit in» with the concept of the game (no modern items: cars, space ships, telephones etc.).

Faction Transfer

A transfer to the other faction can be carried out at any level. The character is fully transferred, including all items in the faction warehouse, etc.

Attention: When your character is transferred to the opposite faction, all quests with the status «started»" will be deleted. If the character is in a clan, he/she is automatically expelled from it. If a character is married, they will have to divorce, or both spouses will have to change faction. If only one spouse changes faction, the marriage is automatically dissolved.

If the character has a unique avatar, questions of re-design will be discussed individually. The Administration has the right to refuse a faction change if no valid reason is given.
