§ 1 - Registration and Nickname

For an active participation in the Juggernaut forums a (free) registration is required.

In order to successfully register for a Juggernaut forum account, the statement of a valid and under no circumstances temporary email address (a so-called disposible address), as well as a personal nickname, is mandatory.

The use of nicknames which are racist, obscene, abusive or which violate existing German law is forbidden.

At most ONE (1) forum account per user is permitted.

The forum team reserves the right to rename users, whose nicknames violate this rule. A rule violation will also result in a temporary exclusion from the forum or, in case of a repeated offense, in a permanent exclusion.

If a user opens multiple forum accounts, he has to anticipate a permanent shut down of all forum accounts in his possession.

§ 2 - Signature

The signature must not exceed a size of 400x150 pixels (maximum size 200kb).

A violation of this rule will the least result in an infraction and a deletion of the signature, but may also – in case of repeated violations – lead to a blocking of the signature function on the player involved.

§ 3 - Content of forum posts

The forum language is exclusively English.

Every user is supposed to treat other users with a minimum of respect and tolerance.

Therefore we do in principle not tolerate it, if users offend, denounce, defame or otherwise personally affront other users (or the team, respectively Mail.Ru Games).

In addition, each user us responsible for the content of his or her posts. Posts may not contain racism, insults, topics which are considered politically or religiously extreme, obscenity or any kind of derogatory statement.

A rule violation will result in a temporary exclusion from the forum or, in case of a repeated offense, in a permanent exclusion.

§ 4 - Spam

The repeated creation of posts with the same or meaningless content is to be omitted.

It is furthermore not allowed to place post with an identical content in different sub-forums.

A rule violation will also result in a temporary exclusion from the forum or, in case of a repeated offense, in a permanent exclusion.

§ 5 - Advertisement

It is not allowed that players use the Juggernaut forums to advertise games (which have not been published or run by Mail.Ru Games). This does include the posting of links to corresponding websites, even if they have been shortened (and made less obvious) by the use of URL-shortening services.

§ 6 - Threads closed by the forum team/administration

If an Administrator or Moderator closes a thread for further posts, it is not allowed to open up a new thread with the aim to continue the discussion that has been previously terminated by the team.

In case there is an interest in continuing the discussion in the just closed thread, the author of the thread has to contact the accountable Administrator/Moderator via PN.

A violation of this rule does at least lead to an infraction. In case of repeated violations the according forum account will be shut down.

§ 7 - Decisions of the forum team

Decisions made by the forum team concerning user accounts (infraction, account ban) will not be discussed in public.

If a player is being penalized, he will receive a PM (in case of an account ban an email) with a detailed description of his or her misdemeanor - at the same time this notification is a way for the according player to explain themselves.

The attempt to discuss penalties in public might (at the discretion of the investigating Administrator/Moderator) lead to additional infractions.

§ 8 - Privacy Protection

Every user of the Juggernaut forums has the right to maintain his or her privacy. For this reason it is not allowed to post confidential personal data of any kind (address, telephone number, email addresses e.a.) on the forums.

If two users desire to exchange personal data in a mutual agreement, they have to use the PM function.

A violation of this paragraph will at least result in a temporary ban of the involved forum account; depending on the gravity of the rule violation a permanent account shut down is also possible.

§ 9 - Copyright

The user is solely responsible for all the contents of their forum posts.

It is not allowed to publish any content protected by copyright laws without the prior approval of the author.

§ 10 - Change of forum rules

The Mail.Ru Games GmbH reserves the right to change the forum rules at any given time.

Any changes will be announced on the forum and will come into effect on the following day at 0:00 o'clock.
